Exceptional Blade quality
We have chosen L4528 (Stainless steel) for the blade material as it is well known for its extreme toughness and edge retention. Together with our meticulous heat treatment and tempering process we are able to achieve a hardness of +-60 RHC. This results in a blade that holds it sharpness for much longer.
Blade finish
We have selected a hollow grind for this blade where after it has been hand sanded to a 5000 Grid high satin finish. The hollow edge ensures effortless cutting and slicing.
Handle material
American desert iron wood (Olneya Tesota) has been chosen to finish of this knife due to the density and durability of the wood. As one of the hardest woods it has excellent resistance against rot and mold making it superb for the task at hand. The character on the personally selected piece used enhances the overall appearance and classiness.
Hand crafted sheath
The Sheath is manufactured from +- 3.3 mm Gr A Cow Hide leather which can easily be worn on your side. With its elegant finish it compliments your hand-crafted knife while protecting your show piece.
