JRK Survivor bush "Black and Green G10"

Introduction

The JRK Survivor bush knife is based on the design of a Double edged Dagger. This heavy duty workhorse was made with one goal in mind. To survive. 

Exceptional Blade quality

We have chosen 6mm (thickness) 5160 (Carbon steel) for the blade material as it is well known for its extreme toughness and edge retention. With our meticulous tempering and hardening cycles we have taken the blade up to +-55 RHC.  

Blade finish

We have selected a Flat grind for this blade where after it has been hand sanded to a 600 Grid high satin finish. Lastly a acid edge was put on the blade to assist with a bit of camouflage. Some jimping was done in the back of the knife to provide extra grip during those wet situations. Finishing the blade off with a Apple seed edge to ensure it is ready when you are 

Handle material

For the Handle material we have selected Black and Green G10 which is renowned for its strength and durability. With no absorption possible your unique piece can easily be cleaned by wiping the handle with a wet rag. Securing everything together with 2 x Stainless steel pins. Finally finishing off this piece with a braided paracord lanyard.
