Exceptional Blade quality

We have chosen 4.5mm (thickness) 5160 (Carbon steel) for the blade material as it is well known for its extreme toughness and edge retention. Together with our meticulous heat treatment and tempering process we are able to achieve a hardness of +-60 RHC. This results in a blade that holds it sharpness for much longer. We have done an ultimate taper tang to reduce weight for additional carry comfort while keeping the durability to perfection. 

Blade finish

We have selected a Flat grind for this blade where after it has been hand sanded to a 600 Grid high satin finish. Finishing the blade off with a Apple seed edge to ensure it is ready when you are 

Handle material

For the Handle material we have selected Wild olive wood (Olea Africana).  This wood offers great resistance to shock and temperature variations, as well as good grip. Known for its durability, makes it the ideal wood for everyday use.
