Introduction

Blade

For the Blade we used L4528 (Stainless steel) as it's characteristics is durability and hardness. Ensuring that your piece stays sharper for longer. With our meticulous hardening process we have taken this blade hardness to around 60 RHC. 

Blade finish

For the cutting edge we chose a flat grind to provide more reinforcement to the cutting edge from the back. This also allows for more sharpening sessions with your trusty partner. A 800 Grit satin finish was lastly added. Lastly we added a tapered tang to get rid of maximum weight while still ensuring durability

Handle

We chose Blue resin due to its durability and hygienic nature. This handle material will never dry out, crack or suck up any juices. Just simply wipe it with a wet cloth and there you go.
