We have chosen SAE 5160 for the blade material as it is a well-known Carbon Steel for its durability and performance. Together with our meticulous Heat treatment and tempering process we are able to achieve a hardness of 60 RHC. This results in a blade that holds it sharpness for longer.

Blade finish

We have selected a Flat grind for this blade whereafter it has received a 400 Grid belt finish. Finally giving the blade a Razor sharp Convex edge.
